The world as a locus of plurality

This article examines the notion of plurality as a central category in Hannah Arendt's thought, understanding it as the foundation of political life and a condition for the existence of the common world. The world is not conceived as a natural given, but as a relational construction established among human beings, where diversity can appear, be recognized, and shared. The text analyzes the space between individuals as a symbolic and political dimension that enables coexistence without fusion and distinction without exclusion. It also reflects on belonging to the world as a fundamental ethical and political requirement, linked to the right to have rights and the preservation of human dignity. Plurality, far from being an obstacle, reveals itself as what sustains freedom, responsibility, and the possibility of a habitable world. The research draws on primary and secondary literature, articulating the author's central concepts in light of contemporary interpretations. It concludes that plurality must be preserved as an indispensable condition for politics, education, and the very meaning of the human in the world.
